The “Pumps & Systems” Business Unit focuses on the fields of Environment & Energy, Foods & Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals & Paper, Oil & Gas, and Dosing Technology, thus setting it on a course for growth.
YOUR FIELD OF ACTIVITY
- Processing of telephone and written customer enquiries from Germany and abroad
- Preparation of service and maintenance offers and processing of tenders
- Organization, coordination and technical support of service assignments at Germany and abroad
- Processing complaints and claims in accordance with our quality processes
- Damage assessment and preparation of damage reports and derivation of corrective measures
- Service-orientated communication with customers in the event of technical problems (by telephone/written communication)
- Close support for key customers and acquisition of new customers
- Collaboration with internal and external sales teams in compliance with internal processes
- Competition and market observation
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed technical apprenticeship
- Ideally further training as a technician/master craftsman in mechatronics, maintenance or a similar qualification
- Commercial understanding desirable
- Independent and responsible way of working as well as organisational talent and assertiveness
- Quick comprehension and high level of commitment
- High level of communication and teamwork skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confidence in handling the standard MS Office programs as well as SAP
