Operational Excellence Agent (m/f/d)

YOUR FIELD OF ACTIVITY
- Perform detailed process analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives by assembling cross-functional teams and implementing best practices
- Establish and monitor performance indicators in operational processes and analyze results
- Conduct root cause analysis to develop preventative solutions
- Provide training and support to employees to improve their understanding and skills
- Play a key role in communicating the rationale for process improvements and ensure that changes are implemented smoothly
- Work closely with various departments and teams to drive operational improvements and achieve operational excellence goals
YOUR SKILLS
- You have a technical education with advanced training as a master or technician, possibly completed by a technical degree
- You have proven experience in process optimization and implementation, as well as basic knowledge of mechanical engineering with an interface to engineering and research & development
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions
- You have experience in leading change initiatives and change management
- You have strong communication and training skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and transfer knowledge
- You have good communication and teamwork skills, as well as very good written and spoken English skills
- You are proficient in the use of IT, especially PowerPoint and Excel
