Take the first step on your personal path to excellence at NETZSCH now.

Pupils

  • First, of course, we need your application – preferably via our online form in our job advertisements.
  • Please note that a digital application hardly differs from the printed version.
You can use our online form to send us all documents (cover letter, CV and certificates) as attachments.
Even if you send your application digitally: Prepare it just as carefully as a printed application.
Smileys and bad spelling are a no-go.
Use common file formats – preferably compressed PDF files.
  • If we are impressed by your application, the next step is to invite you to an interview to get to know you better.
For some apprenticeships, there is also a recruitment test.
  • If you convince us in the interview, you will receive a confirmation from us as soon as possible.
If you are under 18, we will need a certificate from your family doctor in accordance with the Youth Employment Protection Act.
  • You will receive all the important information for your start in good time before your apprenticeship begins.

You can apply as soon as the apprenticeships are advertised on our careers page.
Which apprenticeships are available?
You can find out on our careers page.
Plan enough time to prepare your application documents well!

Above all, your application documents should be complete.
Start with a cover letter in which you briefly introduce yourself.
We also need a CV in tabular form (preferably with a photo, but definitely with contact details, school education, training and internship certificates).
Please also include information from your free time that may be relevant to the apprenticeship (hobbies, voluntary work, etc.).
A cover sheet rounds off your application.

Don’t worry, we know it’s one of your first applications!
Nevertheless, avoid sloppy documents, spelling mistakes or missing information.
Don’t hesitate to ask family or friends for help.

  • Above all, stay calm, don’t pretend and be punctual!
    First impressions are often decisive.
That’s why there’s no way around neat clothing.
But you should still feel comfortable in it.
  • Find out more about your desired profession before our interview: for example, on our website or on the website of the employment agency, or if you already know someone who works at NETZSCH, feel free to ask them.

Your apprenticeship at NETZSCH begins with an induction day: we will introduce you to our company, your trainers and your colleagues.
We will also provide you with all the important information about your apprenticeship.

We offer a wide range of seminars, opportunities to exchange ideas with colleagues and much more.
You can find out more about this at the start of your training.

  • You can find out about open training opportunities in our job market.
Select “Pupils” as your career level and the other filters for your desired areas of work and locations – and you’ll have all the vacancies at a glance.
By the way: The job board also works on your smartphone when you’re on the move.
  • We are also happy to consider unsolicited applications.
  • Nobody does everything right from the start.
    Training is about learning.
Ask for feedback by asking colleagues and superiors to assess your work.
You will usually hear both praise and criticism.
Accept criticism, but don’t take it personally.
It’s always about helping you to develop.
  • NETZSCH is an innovative global market leader and an internationally oriented family business, so there is a lot to discover.
So take every opportunity to find out more and ask your trainers or colleagues.
The better you know your way around, the better you will be able to classify your tasks and develop yourself.
Of course, this doesn’t stop after your apprenticeship.
  • Your working days are not always planned from morning to night.
This is your chance: instead of waiting for work, you can ask for it and show your team how committed you are.
This way, you help out, learn new things and are also a team player.
  • Your colleagues always have your back.
Just ask if you have any questions about our work.
You can also read up on many things: Browse through our intranet, the NETZSCH HUB!
  • Find your place in the team and make contacts.
Also take the opportunity to participate in joint events.

If you cannot find a suitable vacancy for an internship or thesis, you are also welcome to send us an unsolicited application.
Please always state the desired period and the desired area of work.

  • Please write a cover letter explaining why you are applying to us and when you would like to complete an internship.
For unsolicited applications, please also state the field of activity that interests you.

This includes school, training, studies, major fields of study, relevant internships, stays abroad, special skills, foreign languages learned, etc.
  • We also need the following from you: current copies of certificates, any documents relating to internships already completed, any awards or scholarships etc. and evidence of additional knowledge acquired, e.g. training courses, language courses.
  • What else do I need to consider?
Send us your application via the online form at least three months before the planned start of your internship.

The best ideas come from the team.
It is therefore important that everyone knows what needs to be done.
By talking to colleagues, you will learn a lot about your department, projects and our culture.
Contact with colleagues from other departments can also be very useful for your work and your career.
If you are passionate about what you do, you can find your personal career path at NETZSCH.
Be open and helpful to your colleagues – and take a step back when the time is right.
Give yourself time to grow into your new environment.
And of course you can also get stuck sometimes.
Have the courage to ask questions and get feedback from your colleagues.
Accept criticism, but don’t take it personally!
Those who thrive on criticism show commitment and a willingness to learn.

Experienced professionals

Yes, you can also send us an unsolicited application. Please use the corresponding online form on our careers page.

You can send your application to the contact person named in the job advertisement.

We prefer paperless applications via our online form.

A good application consists of a cover letter, CV, current references and certificates (if available).
Everything together should give us an impression of your professional qualifications and personal qualities.

Your application will be reviewed according to pre-defined criteria and forwarded to the department if the assessment is positive. We will endeavor to give you feedback as soon as possible. The time from application to final feedback may vary depending on the job advertisement. As many employees are involved in the decision-making process, finding a date for an interview, for example, can be difficult. We ask for your understanding.

If several job advertisements are of interest to you, this has no influence on the individual application process.
Feel free to apply for the job offers that interest you.
