Kununu Top Company
The NETZSCH Group has been able to enjoy a very special award for years now – primarily because it is awarded by employees, working students, interns and applicants. The employer rating portal Kununu can be used to rate both the work in the company and the experience in the application process. Since 2010, 162 employees and applicants have rated the NETZSCH Group with an average score of 4.0 points. The average score for the mechanical engineering sector is 3.5 points. The portal confirms the positive feedback at NETZSCH with the “Top Company” seal of approval, which is awarded to companies with a score of 3.8 points or higher.
Fair Company
NETZSCH lives fairness – and has even been recognized for it. From diversity and social commitment to sustainability: as a Fair Company, the corporate group offers the best conditions and an attractive working environment. Fair Company is the largest and best-known employer initiative in Germany that is committed to a fair working environment. The initiative is aimed specifically at career starters and young professionals and recognizes companies that offer young people fair working conditions and development prospects. The initiative was founded in 2004 by Handelsblatt.

NETZSCH wurde als “Great Place to Work” zertifiziert – eine Auszeichnung, die unsere Unternehmenskultur und unser tägliches Miteinander sichtbar macht. Sie zeigt: Bei NETZSCH stehen Vertrauen, Teamgeist, Wertschätzung und eine starke Identifikation mit unserem Unternehmen im Mittelpunkt. Die Zertifizierung basiert auf einer anonymen Mitarbeiterbefragung. Bewertet werden unter anderem: Die Qualität der Zusammenarbeit, das Vertrauen in Führung und Kolleginnen und Kollegen, Fairness und Respekt, gelebte Werte und Unternehmenskultur, Identifikation mit NETZSCH.
An der Zertifizierung nahmen die NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme GmbH und die Erich Netzsch B.V. & Co. Holding KG teil. Beide Unternehmen wurden erfolgreich zertifiziert.
