One year of NETZSCHpeople – a year full of stories, networking, and genuine enthusiasm for what makes us NETZSCH.
What began in the summer of 2024 with the official launch of our corporate influencer program has quickly developed into a vibrant and diverse community. Today, we have around 50 ambassadors from a wide range of areas – from our trainees to senior management.
NETZSCHpeople Day was the perfect occasion to look back on the past year and celebrate the development of our ambassador program together. In a talk show format, experiences were shared and past highlights were highlighted. It quickly became clear that NETZSCHpeople is more than just a hashtag – it has become a real network with heart.
In addition to an exciting review and personal exchanges, the afternoon offered plenty of room for creativity and togetherness: An interactive workshop with Sascha Klein focused on cross-location exchange. Between group work, partner exercises, and an unexpected polonaise, there was laughter, discussion, and a palpable sense of genuine connection.
