Inside Sales Support (m/f/d) -Spare Part Business in Poland
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Preparation of quotes and orders, pricing based on company-specific pricing guidelines
- Handling customer inquiries and orders, supported by an experienced team when necessary
- Analyzing customer requirements and contributing to the development of offers through close collaboration with experienced colleagues, supervisors, and the sales team, as well as by incorporating information from other specialized departments
- Coordinating deliveries with internal departments and customers
- Actively managing orders during the processing phase to intervene in case of deviations
- Maintaining the order records and relevant IT tools for the area of responsibility
WHAT SETS YOU APART
- Completed vocational training: Successfully completed relevant commercial apprenticeship (minimum of 3 years), such as industrial mechanic
- Additional qualification: Job-specific additional qualification, ideally obtained through specific training or professional experience
- Work experience: Relevant practical experience in the role can complement or substitute the additional qualification
Location: Poland (Southern Poland preferred)
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Support (m/f/d) to strengthen our team, focusing on the Spare Part Business. The ideal candidate will be based in Poland, ideally in the southern region, between Wrocław and Kraków.
As part of our team, you will support the sales process by managing customer inquiries, preparing offers, and assisting in the coordination of spare parts orders.
