Frontend Lead
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Collaborate with designers and product teams to implement high-quality UI/UX
Lead or mentor other developers in the team, promoting best practices and code quality
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and toolset
Leverage tools like Figma for design handoff and feedback
Explore and integrate emerging tools, including basic AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor)
WHAT SETS YOU APART
Requirements
5+ years of experience in frontend development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js
Experience leading or mentoring teams (formally or informally)
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and hands-on experience with Figma
Familiarity with AI development tools like Cursor, or an interest in exploring them
B2B experience, preferably in non-digital industries (manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, etc.)
