Q&A

The NETZSCH Group consists of the three business units Analyzing & Testing, Grinding & Dispersing and Pumps & Systems, which are under the management of the Erich NETZSCH B.V. & Co. Holding KG. This group structure enables decentralized corporate management, with the holding company acting as the strategic architect. In addition, the NETZSCH Business Services GmbH provides support as an internal service provider and NEDGEX as an incubator for digital innovations, which has already successfully implemented the first ventures such as sensXPERT and LabV.

You will be experiencing an interesting learning journey and get different perspectives for your own development through international rotations and different projects. You will be part of the NETZSCH ecosystem and learn from colleagues, mentors, training programs, and innovation bootcamps. We will prepare you for an innovation-focused position after the Innovation Talent Program.

The first run starts in September 2024, the second run will start in September 2025.

It is currently not possible to apply, as the application phase for 2024 has already been completed. The application phase for 2025 will start in January 2025.

Starting locations will either be Selb / Waldkraiburg, Germany or Florianópolis / Pomerode / Curitiba, Brazil. After that you can go through rotations in different countries.

The Innovation Talent Program is 18 months long.

You can expect a steep learning curve by working on different projects in different Business Units across different countries. We will build an individual learning journey for you and get a mentor that guides you through the Innovation Talent Program.

Throughout the Innovation Talent Program you will rotate between selected Business Units and countries. You can expect at least two different Business Units and at least two different countries.

We will take care of your accommodation and transport during your time in another country.

Yes! But we will take care of everything and support you throughout the whole process.

The program language is English.

You will fully join a Business Unit of your choice and work in a position that will be created based on your input and the Business Unit’s needs.

Of course! We offer a competitive entry level salary in addition to the benefits that all NETZSCH employees receive according to the location.

No! You will get an unlimited full-time contract already from the beginning.
