YOUR FIELD OF ACTIVITY

Responsibility for the product line "STA/DSC-TGA" from product strategy to portfolio management, roadmap planning, and life cycle management
Expansion of business growth by identifying opportunities within the product portfolio as well as possible extensions
Close collaboration with global business development managers (GBDM), technical experts, and project managers to define, specify, and initiate R&D projects
Leadership of R&D projects with regard to scope, quality, cost, time, and risk management
Conducting market, trend, and competition analysis as a basis for decisions on implementing innovative and competitive products in close collaboration with Division Managers
Analysis of relevant product metrics (including net present value) for continuous optimization of market success
Responsibility for the conception and implementation of product launches in collaboration with local and central marketing teams
Support for series production and customer service
Ensuring application expertise for the product line through independent measurements on the devices

YOUR SKILLS

Completed engineering or science degree or comparable qualification
Several years of product knowledge and excellent technical expertise
Comprehensive understanding of the methods and technological application challenges for the product line
Ideally, experience with devices and methods (device operation, measurement evaluations)
Strategically thinking and analytical personality with the ability to influence and drive things forward
Results and solution-oriented with a cooperative approach
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and deliver compelling presentations
