YOUR FIELD OF ACTIVITY

  • Support of our b2b customers (academia and industry) of technical application aspects of our software throughout the entire life cycle, from demo versions to after-sales support
  • Understand the application challenges of our customers and find solutions with the help of our software
  • Finding and describing of application examples for our software
  • Customer relationship management
  • Expanding existing customer base
  • Confident handling of sales projects using our CRM system as well as preparing offers and negotiating sales orders
  • Customer training
  • Presenting our software solutions to our customers
  • Attending and participating at trade fairs and events
  • Close collaboration with our development team
  • Independent arrangement of appointments and travel planning

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in natural science (diploma or master’s degree, e.g., in chemistry or physics)
  • Deep understanding for chemistry and physics
  • Mathematical understanding, particular of differential equations
  • Knowledge of chemical kinetics is advantageous
  • Ability to effectively convey technical knowledge about our software
  • Experience in sales and in dealing with customers is advantageous
  • Experience in working with CRM systems is desirable
  • Software and simulation expertise are advantageous
  • Very good spoken and written English skills
  • Good German skills are advantageous
  • Independent, systematic and structured way of working including a high degree of organization
  • Very good communication and team skills
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Professional appearance
