I immediately thought of NETZSCH. The company has a good reputation and is growing steadily &#8211; I wanted to be part of it.<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve been with the company for about seven years now. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"h3\">What did your professional career look like before NETZSCH?<\/p>\n<p>I did my apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic at a large company in Munich and stayed there afterwards. I commuted to Munich for almost 10 years. The commute was too stressful for me at some point. So I could have either looked for an apartment in Munich or a new employer. I then decided to take the new job. So you always have to familiarize yourself with new areas. When I arrive in the morning, I have various orders that are structured by date, which I then use as a guide. I take a close look at the job in question, pay attention to any special features and off we go with the assembly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"h3\">What do you enjoy most about your work?<\/p>\n<p>Before I joined the assembly department, I worked on the machines in production for five years. There is much more variety in assembly and I really get to work with my hands all day. I particularly enjoy this because I simply like working technically and with my hands.[\/vc_column_text]\n    <div class='spacer-small'><\/div>\n    [vc_single_image image=&#8221;2446&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;]\n    <div class='spacer-small'><\/div>\n    [vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"h3\">If you had to describe NETZSCH as an employer in 3 words, what would they be?<\/p>\n<p>Quality, world market leader and very employee-friendly &#8211; that&#8217;s how I perceive NETZSCH.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"h3\">Do you have professional goals for the future?<\/p>\n<p>I wanted to be here, that was my goal when I started at NETZSCH seven years ago. That&#8217;s exactly what I want to do.
